I've been on a cutting regimen this summmer.
I took 1000-2000 mg ALA/day (depending on carb intake), used 1 eyedropperful of Yohimburne on the old love handles and belly, and did 3-5 miles cardio at 7mph every day for 6 weeks. In that time I went from 15% bf to 9% bf (that's 1% decrease per week).
I didn't notice strength gains, but I wasn't pushing for them at the time. I *have* noticed that my stomach is getting a little sensitive to the stuff, and i have to take it AFTER a meal, and split it up 500 mg at a time.
