Currently 13% body fat. I've worked really hard to go from 22% down to where I'm at now. I'm having a hard time though and I definitely hit a floor. I would like to bust through that and get into the single digits. I'm having a hard time, though, and I definitely hit a floor. I would like to bust through that and get into the single digits. How much reta would you recommend that I go with? With 1 mg a week, would that work? This stuff is not cheap.

Reta is effective in a cutting cycle, but you need to dose right as follows:

Your Reta starting dose for your first month - 2mg/week
Early escalation: 2nd month - 4mg/week
Middle escalation: 3rd month - 6mg/week
Late escalation: 4th month - 9mg/week
Maintenance: 5th month plus - 12mg/ week.

When it comes to RETA, you won't go wrong starting it low: 1 mg to start and then you can gradually increase it. I would not exceed 4 mg.
 
Your diet needs to be on point with RETA. I know so many people who use these who don't get results because their diet isn't good.
 
Your diet needs to be fixed on reta because if you don't use a good diet, you can end up with severe stomach issues. It slows down your digestive tract.
 
I would not go higher on RAD than 4 to 6 mg a week. I know so many people who get great results at less than 4 mg, so really no reason to go any higher.
