I would say I'm about 100 lb overweight. I know I'm not going to lose it all in one shot, but I would like to lose at least half of that.
How much Tirzepatide would you recommend that I run? I'm 48 years old and I have a very slow metabolism. I've read anywhere from 1 mg to 12 mg. Do you think I should maybe do something in the middle, 5 to 6 mg?

tirz is definitely the goad but Retatrutide is going to be a better option. It's a double agonist versus triple agonist.

Hi @aweslp

You can definitely use Tirzepatide for weight loss. However, it should be taken weekly and on the same day each week for it to be effective.

You can take it any time of day with or without meals and your starting dose is 2.5 mg for 4 weeks. Check out UPsteroid for your Tirzepatide here.

Use the coupon code UP2026 for a discount on all orders.

With these types of drugs you want to start at 1 to 2 mg per week. You don't want to start too high. The side effects can be very tricky.

Bros, I think you'll do fine on tirzepatide but reta is better. Either/or is fine, 2-3 mg a week. Don't overcomplicate it. Run it 4-6 months minimum.
