Im my fattest ever.

Im pretty sure im the fattest i've ever been. I put my weight belt on last night and it only has more notch left. About 6 months ago, i could easly put it inside on the 4th notch. Im getting old, so i think its just that my metabolism is really slowing down to a crawl. in the mirror, i actually have a big gut. I should get a pinch test and see how bad it is.

I've started some cardio, but my joints are killing me. I've started cleaning up my diet. I refuse to cut calories.... but i will stop eating fast food.

Im going to start some ECA's and cycle IGF/ t3/ clen.

last night i debated swimming again cause running just is'nt an option right now.
 
ever try incline walking??? I haven't used it yet, but I hear really good things about it. ONly prob is it takes a long time, but I guess that's with any form of cardio.
 
I've tried it, but it takes for ever to get my heart rate up. I have to be the fattest guy thats in shape on the planet.

I felt like that myself this morning bro, PCT depression sucks. I started Clomid the other day but I think I'm going to drop it. I had a great workout the other day but my shoulders and upper arms are all broken out and I think I look soft. I need to do something to give me a boost because I feel like I look terrible.
 
Im not depressed.... Id be depressed if i was a ton weaker.

I just look like crap.

This is what SPC has me on and it works- I sweat like a pig.
14.5 incline at 2.8-2.9 - gets my heart rate up. You have to to do it for 30-45 minutes at least.
It really helps define the hams and back of the leg.
 
well to coming off cycle, I hate how I get fat coming off. But its either that, stay on all the time, or watch the diet and the scale plummet when I come off.
 
im fat as shit right now too norm. taking months off due to shoulder fuck ups do that lol. I incline walk most of anything during cardio. 10 to 12% at about 3.0 mph will get my hear pumpin after 10 15 minutes. Do it for 45 minutes you burn almost as much as the elliptical at a reg. pace. Its very easy on my joints as when i run my knees swell to about twice normal size lol.
 
I started t3 and eca's, focus on my diet. Im not cutting calories, just getting rid of the junk... no office donut today. :(

If you could afford it, I'd do GH instead of the t3 or run them both together. You might lose a bit of muscle with the t3.
 
i think if you cut the donuts, Egg McMuffins and the carmel macchiato's you'll probably drop 5-10lbs. a week. Forget cutting calories just add in some good healthy EFA's, Flax Seed Oil, Fish Oil, etc. On top of that you need to be eating more meals a day. I would think for your size to gain muscle and lose bodyfat you need to be eating 7 meals a day. Are you drinking protein shakes? What are you using? Get yourself some good quality pro to fill you up when you feel like snacking. The smartest thing I've ever done when it comes to snacking and cheating is buy Muscle Milk Chocolate shakes and keep them in my fridge, instead of reaching for ice cream or chocolate pudding or whatever I'll grab an ice cold chocolate shake and then if I have some ice cream I'll have a lot less ;)
 
ok. 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast. for breakfast.

just had a f-ing salad... for lunch... w 2 pints of milk.

eca's are helping with the hunger.

im doing the incline walk starting tonight for 20 minutes before i lift.

Normal,

When I dropped all Breads, Pasta's and Dairy products from my diet i began to lose bf% slow the first few weeks but after 4 weeks of that diet along with 2 sessions a day of 45 min cardio it began to melt off.. Hang in there you can do it.
 
35.. im old.

did great with dinner last night. I ate a bunch of carrots before going to the gym. Did that inclide walk thing for 20 minutes. Ill try to get that up more, but my hamstrings where binding up on me. then hit delts, decline chest, and tri's.

drank a metrx-rtd 50. for dinner. I wanted to eat something more, i was starving. But the bitch didnt buy an groceries again and i didnt want to cheat. So i went to bed.

work up, had a protein shake, 3 eggs 2 wheet toast, more eca, more t3... and a bunch of coffee.
