yeah that was a real nice push! I hate and dont use LIFT OFFS! I like to feel the weight from the start, and when going heavy it always feels like to much of a shock when the spotter lets go of the lift off, but yeah that was impressive for sure

My favorite part is the spotter in a skank-top...and the white guy @1:45 in the Italian Tuxedo, aka wife beater walking around inconspicously trying to get in the footage LOL...
