What kind of exercises target that area? My current back routine :
Pull-Ups
Reverse wide grip pull downs
barbell rows
deadlifts or rack pulls
one arm rows
I've recently starting doing seated wide grip rows trying to thicken my middle n lower traps but what exercises u do have shown the most success in thickening that area?
