Inner thigh development

I'm getting a nice sweep to my vastus lateralis (outer thigh) and the vastus medialis (tear drop) is nicely developed but I'm lacking in upper inner thigh development. The wider the outer thighs get and the more pronounced the tear drop becomes the more obvious this deficiency is becoming. Any suggestions for targeting this part of the thigh? I know the sartorius lies in here as well as the adductor longus and the pectineus, but what specifically can one do to hit these small muscles? I've tried squats with a wider stance and toes pointed outward, but my knees can't take it. Thanks.

Most gyms have the Hip Adduction machine, ull see a lot of females use it to target the fat in their inner thighs. Thats the only machine I know of that doesnt involve your knee's and targets your inner thighs

agreed, this are very good machines that only get used by women and men too big to people to talk about!!! And IP but only because he likes opening his legs in the gym!!!

Adductor and Abductor machines are one secret to large legs that many males overlook because primarily females use these. Try it for a month and see what you think.

Yep, that's exactly it.

I luv girls who use that machine. I spend alotta time waiting for it. hehe
do you tell them you will move the pin on the plates for them too? :D

toes pointed in, wide leg press help my friend alot. he had beautiful quads, but was lacking the width he needed. he tried it out for a few months and worked quite well. just take you time with the exercise.

and yes the Adductor and Abductor machines kick ass too, especialy when you getting ready for contest

I might have to start using that Adductor/Abductor machine. I've tried almost everything but that.

I've tried it in the past quite a few times...it's actually a good workout. I still keep my focus on the core workouts, but when I'm more cut I'll use that machine.
