Ok, I'm back. I'll have to get some current pics up, to show how far I've fallen. Another shoulder surgery down, and the doc taking a little deltoid out due to a nasty infection, I'm over this dad bod. Time to get back in shape and get my Beach body back, at the very least. I love 5 minutes from the beach, and can't even go, because I'm afraid of being pushed into the water because people think I beached myself. Lol
