Ok, I have been searching boards, books looking for better movements for my body-type. Im back to the basics which is working better.
I am mostly looking to improve back/legs. Even with heavy dead-lifts, rows or anything, I wasnt seeing a difference so I began expiermenting.
This guy told me about pull-ups but using a neutral grip and keeping elbows pointing forward, back arched, head up. I found that using the unfinished ceiling or floor joist was perfect. Its a little more than shoulder width but pulling up with elbows pointing away from you and forward is hard and you feel it like no other movement Ive ever done for back. The last two back days, my back was so sore it was unreal.
Thought id share this. Thanks
