I am planning on running a new cycle that I want to be a lean bulker. I hate gaining 20 pounds, not fiting in any of my clothes and then losing 10 pounds of fat and water later. It freaks out my wife when I bulk up that fast.
Stats: 39, 5'8", 184, about 15% bf?? Several cycles under my belt(hypothetically).
Weeks 1-4: 200mg/wk of Tren Enth
Weeks 5-12: 300 mg/wk of Deca
Weeks 1-12: 500 mg Sust
weeks 1-12: 400 mg eq
Weeks 1-12: 500 mg Primo
Weeks 1-12: 25 mg Proviron ed
I have slightly eleveated BP, so I want to keep the EQ low throughout and I don't want to run the Tren that long. I mix all the oils and inject on M/W/F
Here are my questions: Am I running enough Tren to see anything from this, or is that dosage OK since it is stacked with the others? I have basically lowered my usual dosage of Sust, and EQ and added Primo. IS the Sust too low (had been running a gram but got too much acne)?
Diet will be about 340 grams of protein (about half from shakes), but I will add more if I can cram it in. I am eating as many veggies, EFAs as I can eat. I usually get in a bit below 4000 calories when bulking, but am open to suggestions.
I will probably toss in a D-bol (45 mg) before my workouts when I start to not have any more gains (so 4 per day, no more than a few weeks in the entire cycle). I am pretty fond of having a liver and want to keep the orals low.
