Lifting and intensity

What do you all do if your lacking a little intensity during a trainnig sesion to really get your ass fired up? I have 2 tricks that always work. Number 1, Think about something that really just fckn pisses me off to the point where I feel like goin nuts and number 2 listen to anything from pantera!!!!! Belive it or not, the pantera trick gives me almost to much intensity. LOL, but I fckn love it!!!!!!
 
Bro if I'm lacking after all the preworkout crap I take I use lighter weights, drop sets, and I'm out in 30 minutes
 
I picture something tragic happening that I almost come to tears and then I pucker up and push them out.
 
Honestly I think about standing on stage again and how bad I want to win. It usually takes about 30 seconds of serious thinking and I'm ready to go. I don't get to compete often so i know the next time i do I don't want to look back and have any regrets about shitty workouts!!
 
Music usualy gives me the extra edge i might need if im having an off day, ill just pop my headset in and voila!
 
well i just play either The Animal or Down with the sickness by Disturbed, both songs drives me crazy
