Thanks Genk - it does make a lot more sense to run the a-dex in the cutter than in the bulker. So right now I have been off for over a year, away from the weights seriously for about 3-4 months. I am thinking that with 3-6 months of hard work again I will be ready to use. My goals, and they are extravagant at the least, are the put back on most of the weight I lost before I start again. So I'm looking to go from my current 187 back to around 200-205 natty. Then I will start and try to get to around 230 in a year while keeping my bodyfat under 14%. I'd to be able to cut back down to around 215-220 after it's all said and done and be in decent shape. Nothing like competition shape, but good shape. I will definitely be posting some before and after pics of this thing. Now come on MC lottery, make me the winner and let's get started on the right track!!!!
