M1t Fat Loss

What up bros--

could one expect to loose much fat on short m1t cycles--say 2weeks at a time.

i do not plan to change my diet--and i do lots of cardio (am/pm)
 
I don't think anyone could answer this question except for yourself. It's all about diet bro. It will help a little with gaining muscle and losing fat, but it wont do much unless your diet is set accordingly.
 
I argee with BS on this, remember some guys are gaining as much as 12 ponds in less then 2 weeks time also, so im sure its not all lean muscle mass,
 
ive talked to a few guys, & they say that the've lowered their bf% 2 to 5%, even consuming upwards of 5000cal a day--

my cals are low right now anyway, i'm trying to cut--
so m1t cant really do anything but give me an advantage--i think

increased strength, lbm--fat loss--

Yeah I guess i agree bro so long as those 5k calories are good calories,lol, i am eager to see ur posted updates of progress bro

followed by clomid & nolva

i would really like to get my bf% down
 
i had read in many posts that m1t does not cause water retention......wrong!!!!
you dont put on 8-10lbs of muscle in two or three weeks.
my face looked like i was storing nuts!!!
