Manhattan gyms trainers can pay rent at?

Anyone here know of any gyms that trainers can pay rent at in manhattan..?

I mean that I can take My own clients in & train them w/o having to work for the gym or them to need a membership

oh i see! sorry not from that area, do u know of any gyms that allow this, as i wouldnt think they would be to keen on the idea of trainers bringing in their own clients without memberships even if they paid a daily fee

I think in South Jersey We are both familiar with has all trainers that pay rent....alot that aren't corporate do b/c its still a daily fee from someone that would never step foot in the door if it wasn't for their trainer....problem is in manhattan everyone is corporate

yeah ur right! the big gym chains could give a fuck less about your daily fee to train someone for the day
