definitely understand the 1.5 - 2 g of protein per lb, but are there any similar guidelines for carbs? i regularly do a high protein / low carb diet to stay lean, but with the 3 cycles i've done (granted, they were dbol only), i've upped carbs to get calories up to about 5,000/day, but always ended up getn (or at least feeln) too bloated. wondering if it was too many carbs or just the effects of the dbol...or mebby both. did seem, however, that the russian retained less water than the thai...well, was told that's where they were made anyway...
