I always love to hear these guys who weigh like 165 talk about bulking. The worst advice I ever heard was a response to me giving someone some advice. It was an 18 year old who was coming back from an injury and I talked about making sure he got enough protein and to also make sure he had a good multivitamin and calcium intake was up to make sure his broken leg healed well. I said he also should take in good SLOW digesting carbs. This idiot said yeah like lean red meat. I waited and pulled the person aside and said just ignore that. I think you all know why.
