need help

heres my problem next to my left nipple i have a small lump like the size of a pea i just noticed it last night (while groping myself) when i look closely at it it looks purple like a bruise but it is hard and round wtf is it?

So I understand, the lump is next to not under the nipple. It's visible and raised past the skin surface and discolored?

no bro its right next to it, like right on the outer edge of the nip and when i pull up my skin to see it looks purple like as if there was a bruise, but until i stretch my skin you cant really see it but you sure as hell can feel it it doesnt hurt or itch its just there seemed to appear over night unless i didnt see it before
