Just dig in here and gather up some knowledge, ask as many questions as you like. The answers you get here will be from personal experience whether its how much protein we consume or our AAS experience. And, the IGF hype speaks for itself. There are too many reviews to count for you to dig through. All personal experience.... We don't and will not manufacture reviews brother....
