So this stuff is 90 percent organic and is somewhat high calorie but compared to myoplex rtd I think its a better buy. 1.50 and 24 grams of protein tons of vitamins and the chocolate tasted good. They sell half gallons of it at Wal Mart. I wouldn't use it constantly but for an emergency I grabbed a bottle and it was ok.
