I just wanted to thank Mike for the good customer service. I just ordered some stuff from both sites and he refunded my shipping back to me in a credit on a future order. He actually called me to see the way I wanted one of the shipping back. He has answered so many questions that I have had via PM on here with out hesitation or complaining about me asking so many questions. thanks again and you have a new customer.

It's always nice to be able to talk to the owner or someone high up directly. I have told Mike this and I'll say it here as well, there's a reason why I only have PN products in my gym bag. I'm very loyal to companies that I like and that do the right thing. Even if only a few of the products were good, I'd still buy the rest just so I kept my money in the same place, but ALL of their products are good so it's a win/win
