Question for you mike, this may help others which is why I bring it up...If you were to pick the most important items from the store for every day use, what would you recommend as far as any of us go, not the typical type person

Great question. Depends on one's budget so i will make the list and elaborate along the way.

ProBlend - really is the best protein blend on the market. You can tell me all you want about 6, 8, 10 proteins, but thats all marketing because in the real world, each protein you add takes away from all the benefits one may give you in higher doses...and still most blends start with whey concentrate or cheaper whey isolates

Coconut Oil - i cook everything in this because of its high flash point. Much higher than olive oil which turns rancid at about 300 degrees F and then you lose all the benefits of it. Coconut is about 480 degrees F and you can even grill with it. It has a light taste and IMHO is the king of healthy fats.

Pre-workout is of your choice. Explosion is pretty good, the new product will be better so maybe wait on that. I really leave it up to people for the preworkout selection. Its like in pharmacy, people already have a notion of what they want. They used to ask me, Id tell them B, theyd pick A because thats what they wanted the whole time so why ask in the first place. I really suggest ribose, citrulline, glutamine, and agmatine, or some combinations of those for preworkout. The clinical data is there, its legit and say what you want, the olympians wouldnt use those things if they didnt work...my 2 cents

Intra-workout is Amino Infusion. For the results and the cost you are better off. BCAA N More gives nowhere near the pump AI does and they are the same price. Not saying BCAA arent important, but the real world data says AI works better.

Post-workout depends on your goals. Choose carbs accordingly

I take CLA daily and Fish Oil daily. We have new fish oil caps coming next week that are 2x as strong and no fish burps with these. So thats a definite advantage, same high quality, mercury free, etc, etc caps

At the end of september when the Hyperemic Series is released, honestly i would just use all 3 products in the series and some protein. Its really going to be everything you need in 3 products and will truly be something different than the proprietary blends bullshit and underdosed systems out there. Each product will be 40.00 but you can get all 3 for 100.00 if you buy them at the same time. Thats everything you need for the month, workout wise for 100.00...IMHO thats a decent deal.

Heres some highlights of what we have in the series material wise

PeptoPro
Serin Aid
Alpha Size
Carnosyn
Creatine HCl
Pomegranate Extract 60%...rare and hard to source
Leucine
Leunox Peptides
Glutamine Peptides
PNs own proprietary carb mix, call CarboSLIN™

so much more...just some basic highlights of the quality of these products.

That's what I was hoping for, I was just thinking that coming from you (since they are your products) it'd be helpful to see what you'd recommend since there's plenty of guys that aren't familiar with everything and may overlook something simply because they've never heard of it before or seen it as a stand alone supplement that typically gets thrown into something else which just "waters" it down so to speak

I've never tried the BCAA N More, but the amino infusion comes in liquid form and ready to go. I personally added it to gatorade, but it was entirely too sweet. I know we've talked about it in the past and many will add it to water or drink it straight

Missed out on the shaker, but I still got some goodies courtesy of my buddy, but I will eventually buy a shaker and try it out. I can never have enough since I can never seem to find one when I need it
