I know many of you are wondering just how I got so damn sexy, and how does he weigh so much and still look so fucking lean...well my friends here it is...

Tyson chicken fajita strips, thats right babys these things taste so damn good, I have bags of them stocked up and now you to can look like me while eating great!

lmao, I crack myself up! Seriously though , if you guys want to eat lean all day long these tyson chicken strips are the way to go, you can just microwave them or oven heat real fast and your good to go!

Tomorow I will share how to get that underwear bulge without stuffing,lmao

are they breaded or flavored or anything? sounds like they're pre-cooked which is nice.

no not breaded or anything of the sort, just nice and lean and precooked! i havent looked for em at bj to be honest, cause i try not to food shop there cause the wife goes fucking nuts there and i dont need 5 million rollls of toilet paper or 8 gallons of ketchup,lol, i just go to shoprite for em

I usually get just the whole chicken breast - check the ingrediants on the strips.
Mabey those are clean but some of those packaged strips have all kinds of other
crap in them - sodium, preservatives ect...

If I get pre cooked chicken I get a balsamic shicken pack from trader joes actually. Precooked usually is packed with sodium, and I would rather make my own and top with salsa.

I picked up similiar ones from Perdue and tossed them into a meal the other day, they're actually really tasty and they're not dry which was one of my fears. I looked at the label when I got them and I can't be sure but I don't think they were high in sodium at all. I'm definitely all about Trader Joe's, love that store, going there tomorrow actually to stock up.
