Curious about your dosing recommendations for TB500. I would like to use it to get more recovery and repair. I've been really increasing my volume lately. I want to get things going in the right direction, and I'm having trouble with repair after my workouts. I'm hitting about 25 sets per session and going five times a week, which is definitely overtraining. I've heard good things about running at 1mg a day and just injecting into my belly. What do you think?
