along with my training, cardio, lifting, and eating healthy, i decided to start taking some supps. either S.A.N. Tight, or Nutrex Lipo 6, cant really decide on which of the 2 to get. along with the fat burner i was wanting to take a carb blocker called CBlock, by Absolute Nutrition. wouldnt it be ok to take both of these, or should i just stick with one? thanx

just to take before i eat, block some more of the carbs out that i dont need, see at school i try to eat as healthy as i can, but some still have more carbs than i want.

well now im starting to take brown rice and a salad to school for lunch, so i really dont need the carb blocker for that, but just thought it would be nice to have on the weekends or somethin in my truck if i eat somethin thats not really great for me

well at least your trying hard. I am dieting and getting ready for a local competition and I agree that it can be hard, sometimes I smell cinnamon rolls and I am near a big diesel in traffic with black smoke coming out...crazy shit! Try the carb blocker but still try to eat well, if you use it that will block the carbs you intake somewhat. They only work per meal right?
I am really not familiar with them, but always start with minium and work your way up from there bro.. best advice I can give.

yea per meal from what i know. lol the cinnamon roll smell, yea smells drive me crazy all the time, thats why a bottle of water is always at hand, helps the cravings.

Instead of a carb blocker maybe try r-ALA. I am about to try ALA myself, but I have heard nothing but positive feedback about it.
