Serostim... Any fakes going around?

Buddy of mine can get serostim, but I heard there are fakes going around. I haven't seen it cuz it's a friend of his, so can't describe it. I tried to google some info hitting a dead end...

I've been taking Riptropin but want to switch it up.

Anyone know how to tell if fake or real?

I've not heard of any fakes, but that's not to say there aren't any floating around
