man shingles sucks...i had it...it started on my stomach and it itched...then it went around to my back...other than that it was just a rash...
There's nothing you can do about it...it's the activation of the herpes Zoster virus...kinda like the chicken pox virus...if your sypmtoms are so severe you might wanna see a doc about it...
