Today I went to my docs for my thyroid to re-up my meds and wanted to talk to him about adding cymotel(t3) to my already taking (t4). well he asked if i ever found out why my thyroid was not working. He said that the testies for the testerone output, putuitary gland, and thyroid all work together to make sure everything is in balance. Well he is sending to and endocrinologist and said that he was going to send the bloodwork results over to the endo. He was again checking my thyroid levels and even though they maybe in acceptable ranges that doesnt mean that it is the right level for me and also my test output. well I told him that my test levels might me off since I am taking 3x the amount of "test boosters" from vitamin shoppe. I am really taking 500mg test cyp a week. how do you guys think this will affect me. and more importantly my insurance. If I knew they were going to do bloodwork today I definately would not have gone but it looks really suspicious if I just walk out.

I definitely wot admit to it and I wont allow them to test me for it either. The really messed up part is that when I first got with this doc he asked if I was on. I did lie to him but he told me that off record he doesnt see anything wrong with it as long as it is not done in insane amounts an get your blood checked on the regular. It was like he knew that I was lying but wanted me to be careful. Today the doc I normally see wasnt in because of the holiday and another in the office saw me. i know that I will be fine it just sucks that I have to lie incase there actually is a problem. They know this stuff works (gear) but I just want my thyroid to actually work and not constantly be tired all the damn time. you guys that are actually on hrt how much is it prescribed to you vs ug stuff.
I am prescribed 200 mg a week along with t3/t4, I was tested once from my DR and my test level was 4000, I was all worried about what to say and all, in the end I just admitted to it and the fact I took to much by mistake, and he said ," oh ok did you correct it? I said yes I did. Thing Is Most MD's are smart and they already know. So dont sweat it. Honesty is the best policy in my opinion.
It seems to me that this doc truely doesnt know what you are up to. If he knew he wouldnt waste his time and send you for all kinds of tests. Whether or not to be honest with him now is a hard call to make. You may piss him off or he may be relieved to know whats really up. Either way you could always switch to someone else. If you're going to switch i would do it before you come clean that way when your medical records are forwarded over it doesnt include this info.

well i got a call from my doc for my lab results. my test levels came back at 1500+ they are sending me copies of my complete testosterone levels and thyroid levels. At least I know that my gear is working and that my worries are over since he just told me to stop my sups from gnc LOL. when I get my results from from him (they are mailing them to me) i will post my levels. I think I will do what you said JPOTCH and get my T3 from other avenues.
Bro, if you are huge (I dont know) and your face is bloated,.... These guys arent stupid. Ill agree that there is an ugly side and do not ever admit to it bc if something bad happened to you then insurance company will not pay. My point is that, IF you are large, then they know what you are doing. If your not, then your fine
I am not super large by any means but not small either. If i had to guess i am 245 with about 18%bf 6'1" tall . Got this layer of fat that I can not seem to get rid of no matter what I do. Face is not bloated. come to think of it my face has never gotten bloated from it. currently at 6.5 weeks since I apply 2x a week. I will never admit to my doc that I am on or will ever submit to a steroid test.
