I got my package today from ugloz.is and its smashed. What an absolute joke. The guy I talked to who says he is their rep was nasty to me ugl oz support rep on evo. Said it wasn’t his fault the mail sucks. This is bad customer service, they should still refund me for this. I’ve been a long time customer and even recommended my cousin to them and this is how they do me. This mate is not to be trusted. I am switching to raptor labs now.

i've had packs get to me smashed. the postman literally told me the people who load the trucks just throw in the packages.
i disagree. that isn't how it works in the real world. if you ship an item to a customer you are responsible for it getting there correctly. so the sender needs to take it up with the carrier, not the customer.
i'm sure they will help you out man. maybe prove that it got to you smashed, sometimes people lie
