lol... that equipment is interesting... not sure how practicle or effecive, but then again I suppose if you've never tried it ... ya can't knock it...
but the dumbell products they sell ... look a little odd and very untraditional... who knows on the effectiveness... Malic, have you actually used all these products before?

When my father, Bill Sr. called and said he had the new 'Super Heavy Grip' at his house, I was pretty excited.
