Hi all I've been MIA for last 6 weeks or so and not by choice either. Work has damn near killed me with insane hours, mental, and physical stress :dead: lol! I finally caught a little break in the action, regrouped, and got my mind and body back on the right track. So I'm now hoping things will hold where they are at work I can maintain my current state LOL! I've missed my MC family and I'm damn glad to be on again! Oh Lil Lifter is also doing well, she placed in 5th in open and 4th in masters at the Southern States in Panama city back in early June, I'll get some pics up!

Thanks, I'll get them up ASAP! She's got at least one more show this year in late August. We're working on filling her physique a bit until then.
