not looking to do anything complicated. My main goals are to bulk up and gain more mass. I’m currently 180 lbs and 6’1”. I’ve got a lean physique and a bird chest. I train four times a week and I trained my chest at least twice a week. But I’m not growing the way I want. I’m 24 years old. How much testosterone do you want me to run to get results? Should I go 200 mg a week? Or should I push for 800 mg a week or something in between?
