Trainning Chest

Hey fellas iv been gone for awile but never stoped trainning or stacking but iv been having this problem with building my chest. ok first let start by saying iv been realy hitting the gym in the past 3 years and taking AAS. other parts of my body r growing well but for some reason my chest wont grow at all it is the same as when i first started AAS and trainning. i bench 225 max and i mack sure to exhust my chest everytime i work out but it just wont grow maybe you guys know what i can do differently.thanks bros.
 
Sometimes problems like this start turning around after a good 4-6 weeks of shocking the muscle. Another words train the shit out of chest atleast 2 times a week maybe 3. I have read many articles stating that this is the way to go for any lagging bodypart and has worked for a number of others.

Other then that all I can say is maybe switch it up from straight bar to dumbelll for a while, I know that worked for me as I wasnt getting anywhere with strentgh or size in my chest and I switched from straight bar to dumbells, for a good year and it reay made a huge difference! When I finaly went back to straight bar bench press all my numbers were WAY up!

I do think shocking your muscle is the way to go to get them to grow. I've been hitting my chest and arms 2 times a week and they are growing like weeds. In the last year my arm went from from 16.5 to 18 when they are cold to me they look like to chicken wings. And my chest is 50" cold if i dod it right.. In the last year I went from 210lbs to 240lbs. Where was Chris250 10years ago... Thanks bro for all the help and letting me pick your brain all the time.. lol :bench:
 
thanks bros ima give it a try. i wanted to do that awile ago but everyone and everything i read said thats the worst thing to do.
