I placed an order with UGFreak and I sent $5 less than I expected. After I realized my mistake I sent them another $5 to the same place. The website now says "processing," but I'm not sure if they actually got my order correctly or not, or if they're confused and still think I owe them an extra $5, which I sent. I messaged them over 4 hours ago and I still haven't gotten any response so I'm worried. They should have gotten back to me quicker. They are way too slow.
