well I was going to put another post on here, but I think you guys pretty much got it all

they are exempt from all the laws that we have to abide by and do whatever they want and will never get impeached or get in trouble

the next president will probably be a woman that will continue the Bush/Obama legacy-can't impeach the first woman president either

the only thing that will save us now is THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!!!

A writ of habeas corpus (English pronunciation: /ˌheɪbiəs ˈkɔrpəs/; Latin: "may you have the body") is a writ (legal action) that requires a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court.[1][2] The principle of habeas corpus ensures that a prisoner can be released from unlawful detention—that is, detention lacking sufficient cause or evidence. The remedy can be sought by the prisoner or by another person coming to the prisoner's aid. This right originated in the English legal system, and is now available in many nations. It has historically been an important legal instrument safeguarding individual freedom against arbitrary state action.

John Merryman, a state legislator from Maryland, is arrested for attempting to hinder Union troops from moving from Baltimore to Washington during the Civil War and is held at Fort McHenry by Union military officials. His attorney immediately sought a writ of habeas corpus so that a federal court could examine the charges. However, President Abraham Lincoln decided to suspend the right of habeas corpus, and the general in command of Fort McHenry refused to turn Merryman over to the authorities.

Federal judge Roger Taney, the chief justice of the Supreme Court (and also the author of the infamous Dred Scott decision), issued a ruling that President Lincoln did not have the authority to suspend habeas corpus. Lincoln didn't respond, appeal, or order the release of Merryman. But during a July 4 speech, Lincoln was defiant, insisting that he needed to suspend the rules in order to put down the rebellion in the South.

Five years later, a new Supreme Court essentially backed Justice Taney's ruling: In an unrelated case, the court held that only Congress could suspend habeas corpus and that civilians were not subject to military courts, even in times of war.

This was not the first or last time that the U.S. federal government willfully ignored its own laws during times of strife. Hundreds of thousands of Japanese Americans were sent to internment camps following the attack on Pearl Harbor and America's entry into World War II. Some forty years later, a U.S. congressional commission determined that those held in the camps had been victims of discrimination. Each camp survivor was awarded $20,000 in compensation from the U.S. government.

been going on from the very beginning, will never end.

The Government is showing citizens that they can do as they please and citizens had better obey. This isn't going to be a one shot all in Civil War. You will see several Police and Federal Standoffs as the Govt choses to make more and more citizens criminals for their own agenda. It's going to happen and soon. Look at the stockpiles of weapons, the increased interest in "survival types" and the massive civil unrest that we are just barely managing to contain. Within 5 years Standoffs will be common and Police will no longer be winning them. It had become public knowledge and irrefutable that every branch of Govt is corrupt. People will soon no longer respect the rules of a country that was originally supposed to be a Government of the People. I truly hope you guys take this seriously and prepare. Our financial and economic positions are at never before seen levels of turmoil. We have comparatively more debt than any civilization in history. The corruption and rampant lies and abuse of power are at never before seen levels. We don't have long my friends. The only hope we have is that there are enough good strong moral and ethical people left to rebuild.
Think of what would happen If the entitlement checks stopped one day... That would be the end
