What does everyone do when they get diarrhea? Sorry if this is nasty but GI issues annoy the f*ck out of me. I think it was just something I ate because other than the shits I just feel a little bit tired. I'm working on hydrating.
Do you still take your supps/vits still? Train still? Rest? Go off of everything until it passes?
Regardless of what I eat I get extremely bloated and gassy then to the bathroom I go.
