I’m looking to balance my work schedule and also get some consistency to my training.
For years I would finish work around 4:00 go to the bathroom and then head to the gym and it worked out really good because I get there before I got crowded.
Now my work is little different I’ll actually work several different times of the day from home so my schedule is very complicated.
I would like some ideas of what times you guys go to work and how you balance your work schedule with working out
