Usually mines about an hour before, chicken, beef etc and some carbs toast rice or yams. Also have creatine and bcaa's before workout and on the way to the gym. Whats your preworkout meal or preworkout shake or both?
 
i keep mine pretty simple usually eat some rice and tuna about 2 hrs before then an hr before i pound down a protein shake and im good to go
 
I usually go at 6am, on an empty stomach...after drink a muscle milk shake, 6 egg whites, and wheat toast..
 
because of my carb restrictive diet, im mostly just concerned with getting 50 grams in 2 hours before my workout. Usually a cup of rice will do. But i also have 2 scoops of "superpump250" for more energy.
 
I don't do anything specific. My 5th meal usually falls about 45 min preworkout. A protein shake some grits, steak and potato... whatever. I do take Aquaburn and soon Test suspension preworkout.
