Just started 150mg's eod test prop first time in 1.5 years and ive come down with a stomach flu. So hopefully tomorrow ill be back in the gym lightly and doint a tiny bit of cardio to get myself back in it and sweat some of this shit out. Im getting a bit better by the day and eating plenty finally. Needless to say after 1.5 years off im still excited even though im sick lol.
 
Flintstone's vitamins, protein shakes, and poptarts before bed. Maybe a little dab of IGF, too. 50mcgs/day.

lmfao classic ....Im running igf at 100 mcg rite now with amazing results, total body comp change and loss of bodyfat....I've gained about 5 lbs but i've lost about 2% bodyfat in the last 2 n a half weeks....diet isnt as clean as it could be (pizza on the weekends) insane pumps in the gym, i noticed i would go hypo the first week and in the middle of the second week it wasnt as severe i guess its cause i upped the carbs....overall very pleased....I'll be starting a test e, tren a, eq and winny cycle when the igf ends...and bring it right back in pct:D:D:D:D

man I feel ya I just started about 2 weeks ago and every other day I feel like shit, there are so many flus and bugs going around it sucks
usually I make most of my gains in the 1st 2 weeks NOT THIS TIME-strength is coming up to par finally
