oil is better than depot for the fact its not made with water, which is far more prone to having bacteria thrive in it than oil.... and we all know what bacteria can equate to
I go with orals. Have ran as high as 200mg a day, was it worth it and did it make that big of a differance? All I know is I brought home the overall trophy. But 50mgs should be fine.
The good thing is that you aren't lifting (or shouldn't) too heavy so if the joints do start to hurt, at least you'll be able to recover from it after the show once you come off
