Yohimbine for women..thighs, etc.

Does any female have any experience using Yohimbine to get rid of some fat on the outer thighs and right below the glutes? If so, would you recommend it? And if so, how much, when to take, etc? I can't seem to lose these small areas of fat...VERY frustrating :angry:

yohimbine isnt a toy. what does your diet look like?? anyone that is gonna help answer this for you will need some more info. like your height, weight, gym experience, how your are training, cardio?? what other supps you are taking, etc??
 
low carb/high protein/moderate good fats. 3 meals daily plus one healthy snack (and no refined sugars or "white" carbs). At the gym 6 days a week, cardio each day, weight training 3 days a week. Been working out for 12 years. 5'4", 120 pounds. I am also taking Gaspari's Thryotabs. I also have cellulite that is really annoying...despite the fact that I have a very well-shaped, muscular butt. So, I need some more advice, because my own advice isn't cutting it (literally).

well i think we need to see your very well shaped muscular butt!! i dont know how you could be eating HIGH protein in only 3 meals a day. a high pro day for you would be around 150-160 grams, over 5-6- meals. i dont know what that gaspari stuff has in it. but it just might have yohimbine. if at all possible try doing you cardio first thing am. walking on an incline 8-15% incline ansd 2.8-3.5 speed for 45 mins. HANDS FREE. if you do decide to use yohimbine, start of slow. 2.5 mgs at a time. up to 3x a day.

WELLLL...if you can help me get it to 100% perfect (it's at about 85% now), then I'll be MORE than happy to post a pic

I say "High protein" because it all my meals, the ratio is about 70% protein, 20% carbs, 10% fat. That's what I meant....per meal.

Gaspari doesn't have yomhimbine it in....

Yep, I do my cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I do the stairmaster (the machine with the real "stairs"....not the machine you jump up and down on like a cheerleader :D ) level 8, 20 minutes. I also do kickboxing twice a week (SUPER intense cardio workout), and Spinning twice a week. I KNOW I am doing more than sufficient cardio. It's just that as I am getting older (I'm 39), I'm seeing that I need to tweak something, but I don't know what. I'm also seeing cellulite, and I don't friggin like it. :angry:
