Your lowest cals while cutting?

Hi!

What was Your lowest calories daily while cutting? Do you go often very low? I mean less than ~2000? Primarily with drugs combo like Tren + T3 + Clen/DNP?
 
I don't go below 2000. I don't like to risk losing more muscle than I already will. Depends on your stats and goals though really.
 
Depends on how much muscle I'm holding etc. Right now like 1800 to 2000 but I'm rushing. Normally I'd say 2200 or so and I always cycle carbs and add in cardio more as needed rather then dropping calories.
 
I don't drop much in calories, about 500 a day across the board but my cardio is increased. I keep more size that way but I don't get shredded just enough to make everyone look like a little bitch at the pool lol. Seriously though for me I just drop beef, substitute with turkey and increase cardio is all I need.

How many days of cardio and how long? Fasted or after Training?
