Any real world knowledge on using Keto? I have heard 1 mg/day for a week after 2 weeks of clen use, is this correct?
 
Never used ketotifen but have used OTC benadryl worked awsome was up too 100mcg a day first time took 2 benadryl next morning took my 100 mcg of clen WOW bad idea I was shaking like a crackhead in a police station all day thought my heart was gonna jump out my chest .

Benadryl worked pretty well but I feel the ketotifen really extended the time I could take the clen and still have good results

@gymjunkie38 I did the same thing the first time I used benadryl to clean my receptors when I was using Aqua-Burn - HERE
​I looked like I stole the debit card I was using at the atm, LOL.
