Woot Woot. IGF-1 Lr3 Review Log

They aren't like us and she was probably completely ok with that. When they fall asleep on us we are like wtf! I keep around a hefty supply of amoxicillin and cephalexin that I get from a vet friend. Any hint of sniffles or weird feeling and I alternate them for a few days and I'm good.

Damn man, you're doing everything right. Coming off a 3 month break you're going to get insane results. I did my calves for the first time a couple days ago and it was awesome.

Thanks man yea I hit them really hard and went about half throttle on the abs because I didn't want to be totally incapacitated in the midsection. Next time I will push em both to the brink. Back day today and I pinned toward the lower end of the lat on each side. The pump was sick once again and I felt like I got deeper in there than I ever have before. Almost like I could isolate exactly where I wanted to hit and keep the focus on it without it washing out across the back. I guess what I'm saying is the mind and muscle worked very well together today.
 
Leg day today and I just pinned my teardrops and this should get interesting. Fingers crossed I can get through it.
 
Chest day today and once again holy shit this IGF is off the hook. It's kicking nicely with the Deca, Test, Superdrol and Tbol. Strength is skyrocketing but I'm still holding back.
 
Just finished my first vial and I'm up 4 pounds from starting and I've shaved off a little fat also it seems.
 
Killer back day today and weighed out at 276.7 pounds. So I'm up 4.7 pounds since starting the IGF and my appetite is going crazy lately. Loving the IGF.

Thanks fellas, I'm shooting for 290 then I'm going to hit the prop tren winny and maybe masteron combo and see if I could maybe put on the shorts and hit a show. I've never done one and it's kind of a bucket list thing at this point I guess. I've not worked my midsection near what I usually do but I will get it on lockdown shortly. Not eating near as clean as I usually do either but I'm bulking so screw it a few extra tasty meals aren't going to kill me.

Just a quick update. The pumps are still insane and even though I'm eating like a horse I'm cutting more fat off the midsection. Going to play it by ear the next couple weeks and see where I'm at I think I'm going to shift my workouts to a Upper Lower split to change up a bit. Also probably going to add in slin to see if I can push these last 15 pounds I'm trying to add. I don't know If you can hear it but I hear the tren train starting to fire up.
