Thanks Masher, so i am looking at max weight of 215....wow sounds like extra cardio which i hate is in my near future....6 foot 215 sounds skinny to me, total mind fuck when you're used to not worry about that and make Heavy weight vs super heavy.....
well keep us (me) posted, i love you're doing two shows back to back and the first one a trail run before the big show. That was my plan, two shows in 3 days but my dieting and training got derailed due to the death of my father....just havent been able to snap out of it and back into action.....my shows where the 3rd and 5th of September but like i said i lost three week on diet and training....so looking at a bigger show in Northern Calfornia in November. I hired 3J as well....but need to really use him better once i get back on that training train....keep up the kick ass work and grind......
