It doesn't disappoint that's for damn sure and there are studies out there that are somewhat showing yohimbine can be used for spot fat reduction. I can't say that I noticed this but I was down to about 5% when I started using it and didn't have many fat pockets to try.

Both of them are cns stimulants better beta-2 agonists. And we know that the beta-2-agonist are getting used to clen, so that we need the 2 weeks on/off cycle. So why are we able to use ephe in the off weeks, if it is also a cns stimulant like clen?
Well I think to use ketotifen while taking clen but i still wanna know the reason why it is working... It is working, or? xD

WOW...Great question. From what I understand ephedrine binds to both alpha and beta adrenergic receptors including alpha1, beta1, and beta2 receptors. Ephedrine only causes very mild bata-2 downregulation of receptors. Thus allowing beta-2 receptors to improve to a degree. I also like ketotifen to prolong my clen cycle
