Site Enhancing Oils (synthol) - a how to guide

I thought this was very note worthy to point out in Bold!

Definitely, although you still find some people that argue this saying they get good results when mixing the 2 together. I really wouldn't be surprised if their 'results' is just scar tissue.

full 30 days is enough or do you keep on doing it? Or supposedly if you are on gear and eating enough, your body is supposed to fill up that space with muscle (thereby not losing any size), but does it only take that long or does it take longer for some individuals?

As long as everything was done correctly, ie, if your:

Training, Diet, Rest and to some extent supplementation

Is on point then what you gained during the cycle minus the inflammation you will keep.

Hey Big A,
I've been using it right after my workouts when my let's say delts are nice and pumped, I've also experienced no bruising or pain doing it this way, is there a downside to this approach?
Thanks

Without knowing all the detail and only answering the question at hand - No
you should be using it before your workout, not after. Unless you do
additional sets after you use it to help move the oil along the muscle.

What sort of protocol are you following ? How often and how much are you
using?

awesome thread, definitely the only way to use syntherol.

Thanks for the feed back but the protocol I've followed along with a few buddies are different from the ones you guys have suggested, still really appreciate the feed back. Two IFBB pros that I know and spent time with have said the opposite and statecpost workout is the best way to apply while the muscle is fully stretched and full of blood then you introduce the posing oil to keep it full.
"it's important to do site-injections after the workout so as to avoid disturbing the newly expanded fiber area. This also reduces bruising.
This in turn often relates to inadequate development of vascular and nerve factors in these areas as well. The theory was that by introducing a space occupier, muscle fiber and belly fascia was forced to stretch and increase in area. This induced localized growth in turn due to....greater area allowed the hypertrophy of muscle cells and fibers to increase"

That kind of makes perfect sense to me, but then again ive never used the stuff so really have no clue

The reason that doesn't make sense to me is that:

  1. the muscle will not be any LESS full if the oil is applied before the workout.
  2. the oil will not be moved around the muscle after application as the workout is already done, so lumps are possibly more likely to happen.
  3. Even shooting the oil would be more difficult with a pump then without since the muscle is already full of blood and the fascia already tightened from the pump of a workout.
These are the issues that come to mind with this kind of protocol..
hopefully the OP provides some updates with his progress and experiences
as it would be very interesting to see how he does following this method.
