One more. Remember I am just back from surgery's on June 20th 2 surgery's that day!
Had over month off with vacation and being ruptured before but coming around.

Going to gym today at lunch hit biceps and triceps with ab super sets.
Lgd making me feel good for sure.

Weekend off no weights.
5 and 2 is what is norm for me.
Still can't do much with legs but think I can try little more this week

Weight still around same body composition changing and I can definitely cut with this stuff.
Went to phlebotomy sat hemoglobin 18.4
Order is as needed so will hit it again in a week
Doing eq and Oregon sust amps with mast e after blood straight and lgd holds me on this cruise.
Carpal tunnel from hgh much better since blood drain. ThG!

It helped me lean out & appear more define as well. Good log bro
 
MC lgd good stuff. Definitely doing something.
Weight went up a couple pounds waist smaller.
These are pre'bed photos working out at 6:00am before work.
Anyway I promised photos I put them.
Will get some with pump.

So for those who Wanna know!

Lgd last time I bulked on it.
This time I kind of depleted cut carbs cruising and priming for growth.
Am a little flat it could be used on cut. It help retain strength and muscle. I am not done.
I will carb up really good and feed once blast starts after Lgd is done with.
I used it to cruise and prime by depletion for blast prep growth spurt!!! Good muscle preserver and can be used as gainer.

I gained some weight and size lately. Lgd giving me strength pumps and MC igf pump and working!
Not best photos but for MC LGD and Igf
I post em! Up! Kids started school
Haven't had much time with 3 different schools for posting but I gained or went from 187 at 5'8 and 1/2" to 194 at same height of course. Have maybe 5 days Lgd left!!!

Lgd final touches
MC LGD did some good!
After surgery was put gym about 6 weeks
And just was able to start legs good last week. 4 weeks of LGD from MC.
