if your eating junk food then I definitely need to figure what I’m doing wrong lol
It's not that u doing anything wrong!!!
I don't change a whole lot and my body has adapted to years of hard work.
If u look at military they put people thru training and they all come out a certain way min.
If we look at any stort say a linebacker in football they all look similar Right!

So put yourself through what it takes to become a certain way. Diet important.
Once u do same for years and years your body will adapt end become efficient to what u putting it thru. But it takes years and remember I am doing hiit.
I started some cardio on its own just to see where my cardio was and motivate me to eat right to push further

Got work to do....
I been eating all kids snacks.
Well not all she buys unlimited supply, but all the junk I been eating
Trying to clean diet and push harder at gym.
Just to get cardio of hiit back where it was brings changes.
After cut end if June I was burned out and went into TRT had bloods and dropped t3 and t4, I had major changes from hormone drop and thyroid having to come back.
But I am leaving thyroid alone and may just use 4 weeks on and 4-6 off and try that or just use for 6 weeks to cut instead of staying on for 5-6 months at a time..

Test e 25mg a day
Test p 35mg a day
Trest ace around 10mg a day
Mast e 35mg a day
Mast p 35mg a day
Primo e 65mg a day
DHB (TEST-1-CYP) 75mg a day

Proviron 50mg a day
Adex 1mg total a week divided as much as possible
Nolva 10mg ED just like it
Cabar 0.25mg a day
Hgh 5iu a day all in morning
MT2 250mcg 3x wk

Not adding t3/t4 yet will at 20mcg t3
And 100mcg t4 later...

I have tbol, winny and Anadrol
If I use oral it will be Anadrol and low 25mg to 50mg a day and short run!!!

So those are doses adjusted.
NO PIP FROM DHB IT'S 200MG PER ML.
TODAY WAS STARTING TO CRASH HEATED UNDER CANDLE LITE AND THAT TOOK CARE ON BOTTOM CRYSTALS

If it's crashed again tomorrow will mix it half and half with primo e 100mg and fix that up!!!

So workouts are HIIT
Tomorrow will do Chest and biceps
Bench press 1x20, 2x14, 2x10, 4x5, 2x8
Rest above 90 sec
Next burst circuit sets one to other right after
Will do incline plate loaded cybex machine, then bicep preacher machine, then Pec deck. 5 sets of 6-7 reps each
Next cable cross, then bicep dumbbell curls, next decline flys dumbbells.
5 sets 6 reps each one then other burst pause rest and back to it.
Last ab machine and dips leaning towards front!! 4x20 ab 3x12 dips or failure.

Diet getting better cut out alot of food!!
Cleaning then will post meals!!

Photo update each week for changes.
No workout today no pump just me for progress.

Had to put one of back ground. Lol!!

Gonna lose some body fat!!
Progress will be noticed each week!!

Protein shake
Pork loin on wheat bread with humus

Do you get headaches from the cialis?

I sometimes take 5mg eod or e3d. Gives me a good pump in the gym. But if I take more than 10mg I get bad headache.

I had been on Cialis so long that sometimes I take 10-20 a day instead of 10.
I still take Viagra too sometimes .
But I am totally adjusted to Cialis at 10mg a day.
10mg a day keeps my bp real good, even on tren

I got a photo to update.
My goal is to get down to around 7% and go from there. I am giving myself 3 weeks to start seeing changes on run I am on.
Starting diet and picking tempo up every week to do higher intensity with better cardio than week before
If changes don't start to come within 3 weeks I will add t3 20mcg and t4 100mcg for 4 to 6 weeks....
The extra boost in metabolism really helps me alot to burn the fat off and I don't ramp up t3 and t4 I just use the same dose and ween off with only t4 at 100mcg 5 days then t4 50mcg 5 days then none.
Once I am off or in that last 5 days of 50mcg of t4 I begin to use a thyroid support liquid, 2 drops of iodine between wrist and rub together. I do this with some other OTC supps can't think of right off hand.
Sometimes to increase t3 to 45mcg and keep t4 at 100mcg. I simply split a 25mcg t3 tab and add 12.5 to the mix Novothyral
Which is 20mcg t3 and 100mcg t4...

Here is photo. Let's keep track of what works before I add anything if I do add anything. Tren ace would really do the deed but I am avoiding tren. I tolerant tren at 75mg a day well with test prop at 50mg a day or less prop towards end of a cut.
But this is just a recomp for me and a goal to get BF back into check.

As I said don't wanna use tren or t3 and t4 unless necessary. If i decided on tren it would only be for 3 weeks 4 max..

Reason I am using all everyday is to add pin full to cut DHB that is 200mg per ml.
This way I haven't had no pip but gotta heat DHB up under candle because it's starting to Crystal (crash) at bottom everyday...

Next vial of DHB I will mix with primo e and make
DHB 100mg per ml and primo 50mg per ml
Mix to stop crashing....
To put helpful info I will do this.
I will heat both DHB and primo 10ml vials up under a candle burning. I hold with pair of vise grips..
I will pull 5ml of primo e 100mg/ml and add it into a sterile vial with a vent needle.
Then pull 5ml of DHB and add into vial with the primo. Then I will add the remaining 5ml of each in there original vials together in one vial doing same heating techniques.

After all mixed I will reheat together.
How Hot??? I will use judgement and as soon as bottom gets hot I remove away from heat and turn top to bottom several times and put back over heat.
I will not heat to point that it would burn my finger if I do quick touch. The label will not even melt in vial. Maybe only bottom slightly if I let get too close to flame...

So may be that info will help someone???

Have fat to lose everywhere, my lower abdomen and abs really come out as bf gets lower. Viens on sides of abdomen really become clear when I start to get lower in bf...
Will start posting diet. Remember I work full time job, and have a family at home full time, 2 young kids and I gotta eat what best fits in to time and often with kids. (Meals that are cooked kids eats too I just alter my amounts of meat and sides)


Trust me I can tell u a perfect diet but I gotta be honest with what I am able to currently do!!!

Incredible results so far.
I can see leaning but I also feel that layer of fat that Gotta go. Lol!!

I did pick back up intensity and in gym 4 days week atm.
Diet still adjusting and cut alot of bad foods out.

Last couple days been busy closing a deal for my job. I got contracts that will keep me busy finally and burn alot more calories.
I am just finally free from that closing, but got gym in yesturday legs and only have shoulders left for week.
I may start doing 5 days with route for contacts I got for work. But physical work burns alot more cals i haven't been near as active at all.

Got all workouts in.
I am hurtung bad. Rough week new contact with work and gotta be my best.
Off weekend will post and rest.

After this week will see where I am, and if t3 and t4 will be added. Also looking forward to IGF my feet hurt my tendons starting must be drying out.
The Proviron took 50mg most days and 100ng some adex slowed and Nolva haunting may use a little here and there.
Today bloated from sweating so much will add more coconut water!!!

It's a word I use when I am whipped from hard worked or working out or both....

Tendons started hurting last week or 2.
IGF helps my tendons like nothing else!!!!!!
The stimulation of IGF from using hgh does too, overtime but nothing like IGF, or better both together!!
I started proviron and stopped deca and NPP.
The stack I am on is dry in my opinion.
Using 12.5mg trest ace is low and really just helps keep high test feeling with Lower test.
I use alot of DHT roids and they crush my tendons!!
Also testosterone does as well being it's DHT converted.
My stack right now is this
Test E 25mg everyday
Test prop 35mg everyday
Trest Ace 12.5mg everyday
Mast E 30mg everyday
Mast p 30mg everyday
Primo E 65mg everyday
DHB (TEST-1-CYP) 75mg everyday

Proviron 50mg everyday used 75-100 some days
Expermenting to drop adex and pretty much have!!
Nolva 20mg 2x wk ATM!! Trying to stop Nolva cause of lowered IGF side!!

HGH 5IU everyday
MT2 250mcg 3x week

Will add IGF right into muscles pre-workout and in area of tendon pain. Will use on workout days and prolly 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

IGF really helps my tendons ASAP!!! It does it almost instantly. But if i let tendons get inflamed to the point of tendonitis or tendonosis then it takes time with some rest.
I will start wearing elbow sleeves I been curling 50lb dbs and they will do it, plus I use 60lb and give some help with other hand to get around 6 reps..
For me 50lb dumbbells on up put tendons on both sides of elbow in bind even flipping them up for presses on a bench etc.... I have to avoid db presses for this reason.
My profession also puts constant wear and tear on tendons reaching pulling and turning wrist back and forth....
My right shoulder i got to be careful or else!!
I have a weight I go up to when I feel good physical, but I never lift higher than that anymore!!! Part of aging!!
This is reason I now workout by keeping a load on muscles making them perform contracting them without much rest periods. It's a way I can make them grow to adapt to that load and length without going heavier with told lbs in one lift or sets of lift...
I have lifted for 25 years total and without any break except for a surgery with say 4 week break with nothing, it's been 14 years I went at this rate.
I have been much much bigger 7-8 years ago but didn't stay as lean most of time. Meaning I would cut to 10% and lean bulk at 13-14%.
I also notice staying under 12% even and especially under 9% my tendons hurt more. My muscles can take the weight but when leaner my tendons hurt more!!!!

I said alot.... lol!!
But IGF 1lr3 really helps my tendons more than anything else. Combo with tb500 supposed to help as well but I haven't practiced TB500 much!!
The healing part of IGF on bones, soft tissue tendons, ligaments etc etc is what I am amazed with.
Cell splitting and regrowth of more rather than death and deteriorating is the key. And important to know these cells need to mature and that takes time, it's not like steroids.
It's accumulative and once started new cells continue to grow and mature.
Everything about bones and connective tissue, IGF has important role. And kids with conditions are treated with IGF to have growth In bones!!!
Our bones stop growing, but they need constant way to be strong just like our teeth. These connective tissues and bone health deteriorate with age and our Hgh which makes our liver produce IGF, those 2 things decline after age of 30 significantly.
Yes our other hormones like testosterone stimute IGF production etc..
But testosterone also lowers collagen at higher doses.
Deca helps, EQ, helps, primo and anavar help with collagen or they stimulate rather than Lower it!!
Do they heal these solf connective tissues. I would say not really!!!
They cause cell growth and collagen production but they do nothing for healing like IGF and or Hgh does.
HGH does this thru IGF stimulation for most part.
HGH has other benifits besides just IGF stimulation.
But for most part IGF is responsible for anabolic and growth that hgh causes!!!
So it's something along these lines, an easy way to put It! IGF the way i will put it is, we have cells that need repair, IGF will react in these cells, it will start them healing and also cause that cell for example to split into another cell making 2 cells for repairing a damaged tendon or muscle cell for example. This can speed up process by not only healing that injured cell but creating a new cell in the fiber allowing it to strengthen....
If I have a tendon that can only take so much but if I can add more cells to that total # in that tendon then.. it's like re-enforcing a structure or adding more brades to a rope or cable with an added section. This Is a way I am trying to explain.

I get aches and pains I don't have on it!!
My carpal tunnel in hands killing me. Can't type or hold stuff.
I got cancelled till Thursday for work with storm hitting us some on gulf coast....

I am temped to throw in Anadrol!! Lol!!
Or Msten just 3-4 weeks of either.
Or tren e or tren a.. just impatient and wanna get back faster then hold it...

U know my lipids back bp is 100/60 heart rate 82 while adhd meds in affect...
So Novathyral and maybe 4 weeks of fullness Anadrol always fixes tendon it's bicep to shoulder...
Or tren short burst added...
Anadrol I get NO WATER at 50mg a day and Tren ace doesn't bother me
Low 50mg tren ace a day,
Or low tren e.. LOL!!! Need drive and quick recomp with a cut appitite and Anadrol abd and Tren do wonders!! Lol!!
Just safe small jumper!!
Or may just up DHB!! I am impatient like short esters
