Lost some, but it's trouble spot I have.
Bad genetics!! In that area.

I am resting more between sets and not combining muscles. Elbows were hurtung they needed break...

So hoping to burn more at work, and playing with kids sports, it cooled off some so can do things outside without dying in heat!!
Cleaned diet up some, I have to say without t3 & t4 it's not as easy!!! But my thyroid finally adjusted to hgh dose and recovered from contest I was in and used to help get me to 5.5% BF!!
At 5.5% BF I dominate classic physique...
Under 200lbs.

But just staying in shape and doing this before TRT with hgh and primo ONLY and MC IGF u bet!!!

Ok fellas I am still trying to get workouts in every week!!
I admit I been letting stress get best of me. My woman been out to get me playing Shame Game everyday almost and it's affected my workouts. Can't focus when she does this to me....
It's custody issues with my step daughter that trigger this, I guess we take things out on those we love.... but have mercy please!!

I started MC Immense Growth Factor 1 yesterday!! I will use around 30mcg per side on muscles worked out. 60mcg total!!
Did Bicepts/triceps yesterday, applied to biceps, and they stayed full after as usual with all IGF products I tried that were legit!!
MC Factor 1 and 1 other brand I tried in past are the best!!! Can't say anything except 2 out of all have been obviously legit!!!
MC my choice for this!!!
I will try and post some photos soon. I did cut some fat and appearance changed but not as lean as I wanted to be but am still lean and vieny and grainy!!!

Using L-theanine to help relax lower stress and it helps me sleep with less stress!!
IGF has always helped me with stress, calmer demeanor, and with sleep as well!!

I been busy and haven't posted much. But tried to be there for anyone in forums with questions!! I post all questions on open board, private doesn't help but one.
Although I will do private as long as it's not about anything that can't be on board!!!

Was at 75mg a day only side was in end around 4 weeks I got bloating gas pain as usually
Normally to stop for 3 days and lower to 65mg or 50mg

Headache I got mostly from Viagra.
I take full dose of Cialis if i skip a few days with no headache!! I may have gotten headache with full 20mg dose of Cialis years ago but don't remember. Viagra 100mg will do it to me though!!!

I reposted cause of typos I have.. geeze!!!

So i am used to 10mg Cialis a day. My bp much better with it than without it. 10mg helps BP better than 5mg and I never have prostate swelling... symptoms are having to pee not long after peeing and can hardly hold it... bladder doesn't empty with swollen prostate... and I gotta pee like 3 times during night waking up to go...
I am able to sleep the night with daily 10mg Cialis.

I still use Viagra at 50mg as bonus sometimes here and there. Maybe 1x a week or so...

If i take a Rhino, I get headache with whatever is in those. Most pulled but always replacement OTC. And I grab them here and there. They do work in bedroom!!

In bedroom 10mg Cialis and 25-50mg Viagra awesome. BUT TOLERANCE VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!! not something someone just tries off the bat!!!

Gas cleared after stopping tren as usual!!
It's bile bottle necking related caused by the highly progestin but anabolic androgenic tren!!!
No strength loss test base awsome pre-workout!!!
As said may finish the run in a couple days funny thing is once at 75mg tren a day after around 4 weeks the issue starts.
Once it starts is when fat loss is on fire.
Got to 5.5% this summer!!
Will let level go down and may finish up around 7 days worth....

So back to it till done build up takes 4 weeks min at 65-75mg a day Tren ace for gas bloat pain to start...
Will try hex next time low dosed..

Most important yesterday went to blood bank, hemo only was 14 so I passed. It been 2 months at least last time in this thread.
Lower test with trest helps and shorter esters I had to drain every 3-5 weeks for 3 years lost all my gains.. ending up with low iron a few times!!

Back to tren 7 more days max then cruise with bonus or 2..

Overall how did you like the DHB?
It was good but didn't have enough..
I planned to use it longer but...

It increased aggression and was similar to dht affects for sure.

Really I had time to play around and sort of did. Going to cruise soon.

Really I was looking for cheaper alternative to primo and less harsh than Tren...
And get away from masterone. Primo just doesn't activate without mast so...

I did have hemoglobin bounce up to 17.4 during DHB and donated that day. Discontinued it and with tren and everything else same minus trest ace low dose my hemo was 14 like 5-6 weeks later.... so DHB may affect red blood as much as Eq in us susceptible!!!

Anyway just trying to get around certain sides and it looks like primo is best for that period...

So I am trying to work with a few guys on training and diet the works.
To give them all what I do myself I will post here.
What works for me is just my example!!!
It works for me as I have put my body thru what has forced it to adapt to be more efficient and this takes over 5 years even though body starts to respond in first 3 months. I am speaking of total re-composition and efficiency!!!! Gear or no gear the work Gotta be done consistent and for years period!!
If u looking to get in shape great but to stay in shape and make body adjust has to become a lifestyle!!!

My current stats
Height 5'8"
Weight 197lbs
Age 43
Bf?? Pretty low!!!
Training high school started after high school off and on. Used to cycle to get in shape every spring thru summer and stop training for most part..
At 29 years old I gave up drugs, alcohol (only drink 2-3 drinks now and then), no more buzz no more partying, my bullshit caught up with me. I had a void when I stopped and started back at gym and filled that void. I never stopped training except for surgeries and slacking off time to time.
I have been 225 lbs with 14% bf, I have been 209 with 7% bf. Today I try to stay lean and if i happen to grow slow great!!! Trying to get huge when I stopped doing that i actually began to stay in much better shape all the time. I have developed secondary polycythemia (high red blood)
I have had to drain blood every 3-5 weeks for at least 4 years. I lost all my gains while ending up low in iron storage. Had to take iron and do iron test every 6 times I draw.. I have finally got this under control only draining every 2-3 months Theraputic Phlebotomy.

I been on trt almost 6 years. Before ran gear too much to feel better. Guilty used too much gear too long!! Throw me under a bus if u like....

So diet is pretty much same most of time. I use hgh so. - --- Diet will list that part so reason seen..
- Upon waking HGH 3.3iu
- Meal 1 Get ready for gym 45 minutes later drink protien and water 45 grams whey 8 grams carbs mix...
- If i use IGF I will add oatmeal to protein and drink once it's soft. I will use IGF 1 hour after hgh and consume my protien and oatmeal then.
- I workout an hour after HGH and if IGF involved I use it as stated. I don't use the carbs of oatmeal without igf.
- Meal 2 post Workout 4-5 eggs whole 2 wheat toast turkey bacon if available piece of fruit
- Meal 3 Greek yogurt or 1/2 cup cottage cheese low fat or fat free. Sometimes a turkey sandwich or hamburger
- Meal 4 lunch late 1pm 8-10 oz lean ground meat or any lean meat, brown rice, bowl of salad fat free vinegarette dressing ONLY
- Meal 5 snack protien bar or small plain burger patty
Carbs slow down some
- Meal 6 dinner 8-10 oz lean meat, broccoli 1 cup, sweet potatoe plain or high fiber beans or chickapeas!!
- Meal 7 bowl of high fiber cereal and 2%milk 1/2cup

That is what I do most days but it's not same. Meats change, and other choices on sides for meat.. cabbage I use too, and dried fruit mix and nuts. I use alot of lean ground meat and ground turkey I mix them often. I use chicken whole chicken remove skin.. I use pork loin, Chuck roast beef, sirloin, fish etc... I cook meats in oven, grill, or crock pot!!! Veggies in crock pot too with that route with meat. Sure I eat snacks and fast food but I try to follow that plan...

Activity level is high. I burn alot of cals and most days steps recorded are around 12000 to 16000. I go to gym 5 days a week. I have physical labor job as Mechanic on large equipment!!! Muscles often get worked some during work...
I will post Workout later. She is bitching atm..UHG!!! God help me!!! Please!!!!
Workouts are around 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
I do variation of HIIT most of time with weights and machines loaded. I do strength and size exercise with 2 minute rest between those sets prolly 7 sets working up then down. Then I start doing mini circuits of burst sets pause rest. I make little circuits to hit 3 SETS of 3 movements and do 4 to 5 total from start to end position.
Bam bam bam breath drink water and blast again.
I often combine larger and smaller muscles to make this work switching load in burst sets back and forth from one movement to next. 1 burst large muscle 2nd burst smaller muscle 3rd burst larger rest and again.
I end up with 2-3 of these burst circuits and 4-5 sets of them after that main strength exercise.
I workout out till muscles had enough, pumped and fatigued to failure always. I always changing my workouts hut will give example of them later.
I do 12-15 reps warning up after warm up only do 4-6 reps including on burst circuit sets..

It's all good Got some Epistane let's see if it helps with diet and kick up gym...

Short pulse Epistane run 30mg to 45mg a day with the crew in line up...

Oh Maybe IGF caused gains it normally does at first then flattens out. Get little swole at first sometimes...

Also think GW or What is other S... something the other sarm Stenabolic I think... want lipids good.
Cruise trt with hgh 3iu and MC igf, with sarm that helps lipids will start november 15th.
That gives me 2 months....
