Guys I used to sleep great natural after some stupid things from my 20s.
30s slept great nothing
40s so far been rough stress has taken over. Pressure from wife and raising kids, job stress!! It seems there are not enough hours in day. I get to bed too late. Sleep good once to bed but gotta get up too early most time. Before I get in routine I blow off morning workout after 3 days and do it for lunch break.... if I can get to bed early or push to be tired enough by gettng up at 4:00am for 5 workouts a weak
